Communication
Communication is to be understood as an exchange of information between two or more parties. Iterity CRM3 enables to use and register a series of communication channels within the system. E-mails, notes, phone calls, sms messages letters, documents, or chats count among the most frequently utilised options.
The user can create one's own forms of templates for sending new e-mails with predefined identity of sender, receiver, text, or attachment. Individualised bulk mail, approving of communication related to the project by a responsible person, or automatic notifications of new messages are additional functions of the system.
All communication activities can be recorded in the card of a particular account or project; the communication that will be not recorded in a respective card, will not be accessible for other users.
