Documents

This tab enables management of all documents that are digitally stored within the CRM system. The principal benefit consists in the fact that these documents are integrated in the very system and it is not necessary to search them in other applications. The document can be of any form and type, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCad, pictures, videos, etc.

It is possible to work with the documents, to modify them, and view them through allocated applications, as well as to categorize and interpret them. It is also possible to lock the documents against misuse or loss. The documents can be searched by all their descriptive domains and categories including names. In the case that it concerns texts and tables, it is also possible to search out keywords in their content. The application can be extended by purchase of Iterity Virtual File System module enabling the access to documents through any of the file managers.
