Time sheets
The Time sheet tab is designed for organisations the staff of which must keep record of the amount of time and work spent on a client project. Here it is possible to record a specific activity, time spent on a particular project, or expenses incurred. This creates a basis for accounting invested work and time to the client.
The close interconnection with Calendar and Tasks enables to transfer in an easy way events and tasks to Work sheets. It is also possible to predefine various types of project, activities, or to set various accounted charges or currencies.
The individual records or the whole time sheets related to a selected period of time, customer, user, type of work, or a particular project can be approved and then submitted for invoicing by a responsible project manager or an authorised superior.
